BFBS

Well, there's me just about giving up on BFBS and they come up trumps :-)
Smiles all round!!
This was waiting for me on my electrical interweb communication device this morning:
Hi there Reggie,
Yes sure no problems what so ever.

If you could please email me back with the following information, I'll put it on
our UK What's on's.

The full name of the book and when it is going to be published and where can
people get hold of it?
A short paragraph telling me what the book is about?
How much the book costs?
If people want more information where they can get info from, so a website or
contact number.
Cheers
Jessie.

How could I have doubted them? How could I have doubted Jessie???
I hate myself now, I really do...
On the ohter hand, I'm well made up.
This does mean that at least the lads in my old regiment might be able to use the free download window, if they so desire... which they probably won't but there you go, eh?

Right, as you were...
Reg :-)

D Day approaches...

Well I'd be telling porkies if I said that I wasn't excited, because I am!!

Tim sent me the last edits to look over. There seems to be a problem with the formatting from his Word to mine, or the Kindle format to my Word programme? Not sure but I reckon there'll be some mistakes in there in regards to spacing because new ones seem to be popping up all over the place :-(

Whatever, that's all by the by, it's out soon, maybe late this week? Maybe next week? Not sure, and it's a nice feeling.

I finished the Wooden Wolf of Troy story and am moving on to Spartacus and his cannibal army now. I just have to read up on how the story of the rebellion actually went. I know he was a Thracian slave who fought as a gladiator but where does Kirk Douglas come into it and will I be able to fit a photo shoot with a nekkid Lucy Lawless in there somewhere, purely for promotional purposes of course.. ?

Was a tad disappointed with BFBS, though. I wrote to one of the presenters to ask if she'd put a quick plug in for me and she hasn't answered back :-(

A simple "no" would have sufficed but nothing. Ah well, she's probably far too busy entertaining the troops on the front line; I don't blame her for ignoring my self-centred demands for attention, lol.

Any radio stations reading this, feel free to get in touch and plug my book... (silence).

Right, I'm off.

Tara.

Reg ;-)
